Where We Ship and Shipping Costs

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available and which shipping options apply to your order. Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

We offer free shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more, as shown at checkout.

Ready-Made Items

Ready-made items do not require additional production. Orders placed and paid for before 5:00 p.m. Arizona time, Monday through Friday, may ship the same day if the item is in stock and ready to send.

We do not process or ship orders on Saturday in observance of the Sabbath. We do not ship on Sunday or postal holidays. Orders placed after the weekday cutoff or during these closures will be prepared for the next shipping day.

Custom and Handmade-to-Order Items

Custom and handmade-to-order items ship after they have been completed. Production time varies by item and seller. Check the individual product listing for its processing estimate before ordering.

Delivery and Tracking

Processing time is the time before an item ships. Transit time is the time it takes the carrier to deliver it after shipment. Any transit estimate shown at checkout does not include the time needed to make or prepare your item.

You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Packages

Items from different sellers, or a mix of ready-made and custom items, may ship separately. You may receive more than one package and tracking number.

Address Changes, Delays, and Order Problems

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to request an address change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee a change once an order has entered production or shipped.

If tracking shows a delay, your package appears lost, your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Include photos if the item or packaging is damaged so we can review what happened.
