Customize Your Own Tumblers

This station is for printing your own design on a blank product. Already-made products cannot be changed here.

How to order

1. Pick a blank product. Choose from the apparel and tumblers offered in the Customization Station. Select the product options shown on its page, such as size or color.
2. Send your artwork. If the product page has an upload option, use it to send your original design file. Otherwise, email the file to shop@rev7minimart.com with your order number, product name, and where you want the design placed. Send the original file rather than a screenshot.
3. We check the file. We review its size, resolution, and suitability for the selected print area. If we need a different file or have a question, we will contact you before making anything.
4. Review your proof. We send you a final proof to check the artwork and its placement. Reply with your approval or request a correction. We do not start production until you approve the final proof.
5. We make your item. After we receive your final approval, we begin production and ship the completed item according to the product listing and our Shipping Policy.

Design file requirements

For the best print result, send artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI at the size it will be printed. The file also needs enough real pixel detail to fit the product’s print area clearly. Changing a file’s DPI setting or enlarging a blurry image does not make the original artwork sharp.

Not sure about the size or DPI? Send the best original file you have. We will do our best to resize and prepare it for printing. If it does not meet the quality needed for your chosen product, we will tell you and ask for a better file or discuss your options before asking for final approval.

Final approval and returns

Please check the proof carefully. Once you approve it and production begins, we cannot cancel the custom order or accept a change-of-mind return for the approved design. If the finished item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved proof, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue under our Refund Policy.
