1) How do I track my order? 

You will receive an order confirmation email with a link to your order details. From within your order details page,  you can view all the delivery details including the current shipping status of your order. 

--- Certain orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer, please allow between 5-7 business days (max up to 10 business days) to receive order  




2) What is your return & refund policy? 


Return & Refund Policy

 Changed My Mind /I Don't Like It - A full-priced item may be returned to us within seven (7) days from the delivery date for a full refund/exchange (see below for non-refundable items). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and returned in the original package with tags in tact. The following items will not be eligible for a refund: any discounted promotional items (except quality issues), tights, lingerie, event/party supplies, jewelries and accessories.

 

Defective/Damaged Product - You have seven (7) days from delivery to notify us if their product/s are defective/damaged. Photographic evidence of the product defect or damage is required. Submit a refund request in the app and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

 

Wrong Product/Doesn't Match Product Info- You have seven (7) days from delivery to notify us if the wrong product was delivered or the product does not match the corresponding description, in terms of color, material, or size, etc. Photographic evidence of the product package and item are required. Submit a refund request in the app and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

 

Wrong Quantity Delivered/Missing Item - You have seven (7) days from delivery to notify us if the wrong quantity of items was delivered or there was a missing item. Photographic evidence of the product package and item are required. Submit a refund request in the app and we will assess the claim and respond. If the claim is substantiated, we will offer either a ship the missing/wrong items or a full refund.

 

Packaged Refused On Delivery - If you refuse a package, it will be shipped back to our US processing center where it will be marked as a returned item. When you request a refund for this returned item, we will pass the return shipping cost to you  and refund your money minus the shipping cost.

 

3) How do I return/ refund my order? 

 For Delivered Items

Step 1: Submit a refund request from the orders page located on my Shop's homepage in the Navbar header. Login to your account and locate your order and package you wish to intiate a return on. 

Step 2: Once you locate the order click Return. Under the Delivered tab, select the item(s) you want to return, select a reason, add a description and, if needed, upload an image/video. 

Step 3Review your return details including your contact email, return address, return method and the refund amount. Once you are ready, submit the return for processing. *Please note, if the goods are returned for unconditional reasons, a return express fee will be charged at the time of refund depending on the weight of the package. 

Step 4: You will receive an email notification within 3 business days once a decision has been made on your return request. You can also check the status of your request from the order details. 

Step 5: Once your return has been approved, print out the return label to ship your item(s) back to our US warehouse. *Please note, your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date we've approved your return request. 

 

For Unshipped Items

In order to process a refund/return on an unshipped item, you will need to contact our customer service team at cs@myshopfashion. Please make sure to include your  full  name, the email address used to place the order as well as the  order # given in your confirmation email.  We will do our best to process this request as quickly as possible before the item has shipped. 

 

For Items In Transit

An item in transit CAN NOT be returned until the item has been delivered to you. Once the item has been delivered, please follow the steps in the delivered items section.

4) How long does a return or refund  take to process?

Once your returned item has been successfully received and processed by our warehouse team, please allow up to 3-5 business days for your refund to be issued. (Please note that orders are only shipped out Monday-Friday). Refunds are allocated back to your original form of payment used for purchase.

5) How cancel, change or modify my order? 

In the event you wish to cancel, change or modify your order, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Please submit a support ticket.  Be advised that any cancellations or order modifications requests sent after 24 hours of completion of purchase may be too late to cancel if the shipping/processing time has been initiated.

5)How long does an item take to arrive? 

It typically takes 1-3 days to process your order. If your package exceeds the standard processing period, it's normally due to the fact that a particular item(s) requires a longer processing time. Once an order ships, on average its takes about 5-7 business days to arrive at your destination.
